Gazbo World Concepts Artwork Guidelines

Redrawing of logo’s supplied, deep etching and placement of images supplied, design & layout creation, editing of supplied files and creation of artwork from scratch, will be billed at R550 ex vat per hour. If you are unable to supply print ready Vector artwork in our product specific design templates and require our Studio to create artwork from your supplied files, a cost estimate will be sent to you after evaluation of your files supplied. This may end in delays or additional costs specifically for rush orders.

Set Up Fees:

A standard Set Up Fee of R150 ex vat per design element will be charged, please contact our sales staff for detailed info regarding Set Up Fees.

All our product specific design templates are available on our website under our Design Templates tab, alternatively product specific design templates are listed underneath each product brochure spec sheet as a PDF Design Template Download.

If you require assistance with design templates, or cannot find the product specific design template, please contact us and we will gladly email you the relevant template.

Print ready artwork, created in our product specific design templates, can be saved in the following file formats:

Vector Layered PDF * EPS * Adobe Illustrator CS6 or earlier versions * Corel Draw 16

All final print ready artwork must be supplied at a MINIMUM of 100dpi at full size or 300dpi at quarter size.

Bleed is required as indicated on our design templates, it is standard practise to keep all text at least 100mm from the edges allowing a safety area.  Please make sure you remove the bleed lines before saving final print files.

Using borders on the edge of a design for fabric products is not recommended, with variations in shrinkage, stitching allowance etc, borders will never be uniform. Please try to avoid them wherever possible.

Please supply Pantone references for accurate colour matching.

Printed proofs available on request. Low Resolution layout proofs will be emailed to you before any printing will be done.

The following file formats will not be accepted:

Word documents, Internet low res jpegs, Power point, Gifs, Png. Please convert all fonts to curves (paths) to avoid missing fonts, or supply fonts.

Print Files smaller than 10MB can be emailed to us, we recommend using Dropbox or any similar file sharing programme for larger files.
