Delivery:

All orders for delivery are subject to a courier charge. You will be quoted on this service by your sales agent: Please allow 2 to 3 days courier transit time after your order has been completed for it to reach you.

 

Own Collection:

You are more than welcome to arrange your own collection if you prefer. In fact, many of our clients prefer to send there own couriers to collect directly from our dispatch area.

 

Important:

Upon booking your courier to collect order/s please advise us of the following:

Courier Company Name with the Copy of the On-Line Waybill booking.

Orders will NOT be released to Couriers Companies arriving without the relevant information.

Couriers are to supply a copy of the Completed waybill (not a blank waybill for us to complete).

Please ensure your Courier is given the Account Name & Invoice Number that we supply you upon completion of the order.

All courier collection details are to be sent to your Sales Agent and to natasha@gazeboworld.co.za, in order release the despatch without delay. Natasha is in charge of dispatch, please copy her in to avoid unnecessary collection delays.

 

Order Production Times:

Our standard production time per order is between 5 and 10 working days from artwork approval and 60% starting deposit payment received, obviously also dependent on order size. We have however built up a reputation in the industry during the last 18 years for squeezing urgent rush orders out in record time, sometimes in less than 48 hours!

 

When will I receive my order?

Once your order has been completed expect delivery within the next day or two. For orders outside Gauteng please allow an additional 2 to 3 days courier transit time. If you are located in an outlying area allow for an extra day or two to be safe.
