Our Standard Order Production Time is between 5 & 10 working days after sign off of final proofs, receipt of 50% starting deposit where applicable and size of order. Larger orders will naturally take longer to produce, lead times on these will be advised on once final proofs are approved. Orders received with deadlines less than 5 working days will be deemed Rush Orders. Depending on the size of your Rush Orders, a Rush Surcharge may apply, this will be communicated to you before production starts. Rush orders do not qualify for Free Delivery or Courier Assistance. Please arrange own collection or we can quote on delivery. If you are outside Gauteng please note that after your order has been produced and dispatched it can take between 3 and 6 days for you to receive it.
Orders will NOT proceed to Print & Production until both the Proof Sign-Off & Deposit is received.
Orders for Cross-Border Courier Delivery are to be arrange by your own courier. Alternatively, we can quote as well.

PRINT-READY artwork to be supplied on GW products template/s!!
Due to “Rush Order: status **NO ARTWORK PROOF WILL BE SUPPLIED** – the product/s will be printed as per the “PRINT-READY” artwork received.
Upon Rush Order quote acceptance, the following needs to be returned to us before we proceed:
Completed COD form (New Customers)
Signed Quote / Invoice
POP for full payment
Print-Ready artwork on Gazebo World product template/s.
Delay in receiving the above will cause delay in the required print & production
RUSH ORDERS will be assessed according to products & qty’s required and the lead-time for completion confirmed!
RUSH ORDER SURCHARGE FEE: Approx 20 – 30% will be applicable over & above the cost of the product.
