Design Templates & Required Formats:

Regardless of whether your artwork is emailed to us in our product specific design templates, you will be charged a small set up fee per media / fabric. Please see below for detailed info.

All our products have Product Specific Design Templates. These Design Templates can be e mailed to you on request or can be downloaded on our website at: https://www.gazeboworld.co.za/templates/

Final Print Ready Artwork from your side must be sent to us in: High resolution Vector Pdf (preferred), Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw. (Don’t forget to convert all fonts to paths). Bleed is required as indicated on our design templates, it is standard practise to keep all text at least 100mm from the edges allowing a safety area. Please make sure you remove the bleed lines and or safe area lines before saving final print files.

DTP Set Up Fees

A Standard DTP Set Up fee of R100.00 ex vat will be charged per media that the product is printed on. As an example: Gazebos, flags, banner walls. All three are printed on different type of fabric. This means each get set up per media / fabric. If you have an order for flags, gazebos and banner walls, you will only be charged R100 ex vat, per media. So in effect, R100 ex vat x 3. You won’t be charged an additional set up fee for multiple designs of flags, or gazebos, or banner walls.

Please note: If your print ready artwork received is not 100% correct, on our templates, or needs any form of fixing or editing, it will be emailed back to you with comments on what needs to be fixed. If you prefer that our in house design team fix these issues, a costing will first be emailed to you for approval before any design work commences.

Logo Redraw

If logo’s received are not Vector Pdf Logo’s and need to be redrawn this will be charged at R595 ex vat per hour. Depending on the complexity and detail required can take up to anything between 1 or 6 hours. Logo redraw costs will be quoted prior to any redraw or design work commences.

 

Sourcing of logo’s:

If our design team are required to source Vector Pdf logo’s this service will be charged at R495 ex vat per hour. Usually, 1 or 2 hours is required for this.


Pantone & Corporate Colours:

VERY IMPORTANT! If your logo has specific colours, usually PANTONE COLOURS, you need to supply us with these please. It is of vital importance to make us aware of these special PANTONE COLOURS as what you see on your screen is by no means exactly what will be printed on the actual fabric or pvc we print on. We cannot take responsibility for colour variations if these PANTONE COLOURS are not given to us. In some instances, we will print small colour swatches or proofs on the actual fabric and supply these to you for sign off / approval.

 

Production Times, Terms & Conditions:

Please note, all orders under R8 000 ex vat must be paid up front, in full, before production can commence. All orders above R8 000 ex vat will require a 60% up front deposit and balance payable 24 hours prior to collection or dispatch.

Our standard production time per order is between 7 and 10 working days from artwork approval payment received if you do not have a 30-day account with us. Orders required for completion in less than 7 working days might be deemed rush. A rush order surcharge of between 20% and 40% may apply depending on size of order and actual completion date required. If a rush order needs to be couriered an additional overnight delivery cost will apply. The overnight courier quote will be communicated to you prior to dispatch of order.
