Production Times, Terms & Conditions:

Please note, all orders under R8 000 ex vat must be paid up front, in full, before production can commence. All orders above R8 000 ex vat will require a 60% up front deposit and balance payable 24 hours prior to collection or dispatch.

Our standard production time per order is between 7 and 10 working days from artwork approval payment received if you do not have a 30-day account with us. Orders required for completion in less than 7 working days might be deemed rush. A rush order surcharge of between 20% and 40% may apply depending on size of order and actual completion date required. If a rush order needs to be couriered an additional overnight delivery cost will apply. The overnight courier quote will be communicated to you prior to dispatch of order. When will I receive my order?

Production time per order is roughly 7 to 10 working days after final artwork proofs approval and receipt of payment. If your delivery address is outside Gauteng, please allow an additional 2 to 3 days courier time.

If you are situated Outside Gauteng, an additional 2 to 4 days courier transit time is needed, please keep this is mind. As stated above, if delivery is required sooner an overnight courier charge will be quoted prior to shipping. This additional charge needs to be settled prior to shipping.

Orders within a 40km radius from our factory in Midrand: R495 ex vat [Single destination delivery]

Orders with a delivery address greater than a 40km radius from our factory will be quoted on prior to commencement of order. You are more than welcome to collect your order yourself or if you have an account with a Courier company, send them to collect.

Orders Outside Gauteng & Pretoria:

Orders with delivery addresses outside of Gauteng will be quoted on an order for order basis. These orders will be delivered by Courier It. If you have an account with a specific courier and would rather arrange collection from us, then please supply the relevant information as stated above.
