End User: In House Design Service As an End User, it is very likely that you do not have access to In House Artwork Design. Here at Gazebo World we have a Dedicated Design Team to assist you with top quality yet affordable design and layout proofs in record time. We wil need your LOGO in High Res PDF Format or Corel Draw, this is very important, we cannot use jpegs or any other file formats as they will pixelate.
If you are unsure if your Pdf Logo is good enough for us to use simply zoom in on it as close as possible, if it does not pixelate or distort, we will be able to use it. If it does distort or pixelate, you will most likely have to contact the person or company who created your logo to ask them for a high res Vector Format Pdf Version. If you are still unable to get this from them, then we will have no choice but to Re-Draw your logo from scratch, this will be quoted to you depending on the complexity of your logo.
All the above options include three proof revisions. Please note, this service only applies to Basic Lay-Outs. If you require logo’s to be redrawn from scratch, images deep etched and placed, or creation of background
themes, we will require a detailed brief in order to estimate the studio time required for the particular job after which a quote estimate will be sent to you for consideration.
Our standard order production time is 7 working days from sign off of final artwork proofs and 50% deposit payment where applicable. Larger orders must be confirmed at the time of quote (anything above R50 000 ex vat). Orders received with deadlines less than 7 working days will be deemed rush orders. These orders may carry the following surcharges:
96 hrs (4 days) turnaround 15%, 72 hrs (3 days) turnaround 20%, 48 hrs (2 days) turnaround 25%, 24 hrs (next day) turnaround 30%. We unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for rush orders that have print/colour errors due time constraints or the fact that proofs have not been signed off. Our Free Delivery Service for orders above R5 000 ex vat is only applicable to standard order production. Rush orders will be for clients own collection / courier cost.
All our products have product specific Design Templates. These can be emailed to you or can be downloaded on our website, to view the list of Design Templates available for download, go to: https://www.gazeboworld.co.za/templates/ Final Print Ready Artwork to be sent to us in: High resolution or Vector Pdf (preferred), Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw. (Don’t forget to convert all fonts to paths)
Bleed is required as indicated on our design templates, it is standard practise to keep all text at least 100mm from the edges allowing a safety area. Please make sure you remove the bleed lines before saving final print files. If specific corporate identity colours need to be matched, Pantone reference numbers need to be supplied. Only after approval is received will production commence. Print Files smaller than 15MB can be emailed to us, we recommend using Dropbox or any similar file sharing programme for larger files.
NB: A Standard Artwork Set up Fee of R200.00 ex VAT per line item will be charged on all orders (no extra changes for multiple layouts). If the artwork received is not created in our product specific design templates, or in the correct format, a notification will be sent to you informing you of possible additional artwork charges.
